Circle F Group’s troubled 1 Park Row condo project in the Financial District has secured a $50 million loan from 3650 REIT to complete construction and upgrades. The 24-story building will feature 62 luxury condos, 8,000 square feet of retail space, a fitness center, a garden terrace, and a lounge. Originally planned as a retail and social hub by J&R Music and Computer World owners, the site faced delays and legal issues before Circle F took over with a $90 million loan in 2021. The new funding aims to bring the decade-long project to completion.
