Initially listed at $218 million, it sold at a 30% discount. Developed by Todd Michael Glaser and partners, the 2.3-acre estate features 11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, extensive water frontage, and luxury amenities including two pools, a tennis court, and a wellness wing. Glaser and his partners purchased the property for $85 million in 2021 and extensively renovated it. The buyer remains unknown.
