Altneu synagogue acquired the office building at 107 East 70th Street in Lenox Hill for $34.5 million from Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Len Blavatnik’s Access Industries provided a $10 million mortgage. The property spans 17,726 square feet with additional air rights, totaling 22,092 square feet. Each square foot cost $1,946.
