An entity linked to King Charles III purchased Unit 11A at 111 West 57th Street for $6.6 million. The condo, part of the historic Steinway Hall, spans 3,600 square feet and was initially listed for $10.8 million in February 2022. The deed was signed by Robert McCubbing, a senior trade commissioner at the Canadian Consulate in New York. King Charles III became Canada’s sovereign in September 2022. Despite the price drop, the building has seen significant deals, including a penthouse sold for $53 million.
