Brooklyn property manager Dave Denis secured a $15m construction loan for his first ground-up development, a 46-unit condominium at 120 Monticello Avenue in Jersey City. The project, designed by GRO Architects, will include studios, one- and two-bedroom units, two retail spaces, a gym, and roof decks. The site spans three parcels, with planning approvals obtained in 2023. Construction details are pending, but completion is expected by Q2 2026. WelcomeLend arranged financing with $3.1m in preferred equity.
