Once appraised at $27 million in 2014, the 135,000-square-foot property is now worth just $7.7 million. Originally purchased by KBS Realty Advisors for $30 million in 2008, the building faced declining occupancy, dropping to 47% in December. The borrower defaulted on the loan, and the property has been transferred to special servicing.
