Feiner Grant Strategies, represented by Universal Communications Network Inc., purchased the office building at 129 West 29th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan, from Samson Management for $31 million. The property spans 85,869 square feet, with a sale price of $361 per square foot. Samson Management had acquired it in 2012 for $54 million. Feiner Grant Strategies financed the purchase with a $23.25 million loan from the International Bank of Chicago.
