Billionaire Swedish hedge fund manager Thomas Sandell has a buyer under contract for his unfinished Southampton estate at 1320 Meadow Lane. Listed most recently at 49.5 m, the property initially sought 85 m in 2021. Sandell purchased the 10-acre oceanfront parcel for 37.1 m in 2007 and spent an additional 19 m on construction of an 18,000-square-foot Moroccan-style home, which remains only 60% complete. The property features 550 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage and deeded access to water across Meadow Lane. It is among the largest parcels in the exclusive enclave.
