Blackstone is in talks to acquire 1345 Sixth Avenue, a 1.9-million-square-foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan, from Fisher Brothers and JPMorgan Asset Management. The property, valued at $896 million by S&P Global in November 2024, recently underwent a $120 million renovation, including an exterior update and amenity floor. The building has seen significant leasing activity, including deals with Intercontinental Exchange and Paul, Weiss. While Blackstone has shifted focus to apartments, warehouses, and data centers in recent years, this potential deal would mark its first major office acquisition in Manhattan in three years.
