Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects PC and developed by Joel Schwartz, who acquired the property for $3.5 million in October, the 55-foot-tall structure will span 9,742 square feet and yield eight rental units with an average scope of 682 square feet, as well as 1,826 square feet of commercial space and 2,459 square feet of community facility space. 333 Bedford Avenue LLC is listed as the owner and Success Developers LLC is the general contractor for the project, which is alternately addressed as 333 Bedford Avenue and located at the corner of South 3rd Street and Bedford Avenue.
