John and Peter Tal purchased a 31,000-square-foot shopping center at 137-20 Cross Bay Boulevard in Ozone Park, Queens, for 14.7 m. The property, previously owned by Shmuel Goldstein of Slope Realty and Wasa Properties, is fully leased to tenants like Dollar Tree, Panera Bread, and UPS. The deal, brokered by Schuckman Realty, was financed with an 8.1 m loan from JPMorgan Chase.
