Sentry Realty and 60 Guilders acquired the Midtown South office building at 1370 Broadway for $75.5m from Invesco Real Estate, marking a $100m discount from Invesco’s 2014 purchase price. The deal was financed with a Fortress Investment Group loan covering 65% of the cost. Two tenants signed leases for 75,000 square feet before the sale, though their identities remain undisclosed. This follows the partners’ $90m purchase of 292 Madison Avenue two months earlier.
