Hyundai CEO Euisun Chung purchased a three-bedroom condo at 15 Central Park West for 16.5 m from Italian cosmetics magnate Piofrancesco Borghetti. The 2,800-square-foot apartment features Central Park views, a chef’s kitchen, and three bathrooms. It had been listed for as much as 28 m over 12 years but settled off-market at its last asking price. The luxury building offers amenities such as a private restaurant, lap pool, and fitness center.
