The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) purchased the industrial building at 1590 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, from Taormina Holding for $25.2 million. The property spans 55,000 square feet and was sold at $459 per square foot. Taormina Holding, the seller, acquired the property in 1977.
