161 Lenox Road

Yossel and Chana Lichtman secured a $34.5 million construction loan from Popular Bank for their 83-unit project at 161 Lenox Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The loan replaces the previous financing from Valley National Bank. The project, initially reported as 62 units, encompasses a 63-unit residential building approved in December 2021. The tax block at 161 Lenox Road sees the majority (78 percent) of its built space as elevator buildings.
