The Moinian Group secured a $111 million construction loan from MSD Partners for its 37-story, 250-unit luxury rental project at 3 Platt Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Rockwell Group and Hill Street Architects, the development includes amenities such as an outdoor pool, VR room, and fitness club with a rock-climbing wall. Construction topped out last month, with completion expected in early 2026. The project is under the old 421a program and neighbors Moinian’s Renaissance at 100 John Street and a planned 172-key hotel.
