A New Jersey affiliate of a church is set to purchase the synagogue at 176 West 105th Street, Manhattan, for $10 million from Kehilat Romemu, which will move to a leased space. The sale, approved by the New York State Attorney General, was disclosed in a July 10, 2024, document. Open Impact Real Estate marketed the 10,242-square-foot, three-story building, which includes 9,024 square feet of air rights. Kehilat Romemu bought the building in 2018 for $9 million.
