Myron J. Berman secured an $11 million loan from Infinity Capital Partners for two residential elevator properties in East Harlem, Manhattan. The properties include a 22-unit building at 178 East 117th Street and a 19-unit building at 160 East 117th Street. The loan replaces debt from Valley National Bank. The properties span 62,256 square feet with a loan price of $176 per square foot.
