The site offers 256,090 buildable square feet, equating to $273 per square foot. Kennedy Wilson financed the acquisition and planned development with a $155 m construction loan. The property is zoned for commercial and residential use, with an active permit for a 354,350-square-foot building initially filed by Extell.
