Joel Wieder secured a $34.8 million construction loan from NorthEast Community Bank for a 102-unit project at 2047 Ryer Avenue in Fordham Heights, Bronx. The property has additional air rights for a total buildable area of 70,710 square feet. Joel Wieder purchased the property for $5.7 million in July 2023. The majority of the commercial properties on the tax block are owned by William Schur.
