Jennifer Lopez sold her Manhattan penthouse at 21 East 26th Street for $23 million, close to her $25 million asking price. The buyer is an anonymous LLC from West Palm Beach, Florida. Lopez initially paid $20.1 million for the unit in 2014. Despite being listed for $27 million in 2017, it took several years to find a buyer. The six-story building, the Whitman, also houses Chelsea Clinton and previously, Jeff Gordon. Lopez and her husband, actor Ben Affleck, recently listed their 38,000-square-foot Los Angeles home for $68 million and sold her Bel-Air mansion last October for $34 million.
