Elo Organization, led by Jack Elo, is purchasing a fully occupied, 15-story office building at 21 West 46th Street in Midtown Manhattan, bucking the trend of investors avoiding Class B office properties. Elo, who holds other Midtown office assets, including a $110 million property in the Diamond District, plans to maintain the building as office space. The seller, Arline Hannon-Weinmann, has owned it since 1967.
