The historic 1800s brownstone spans 5,100 sq ft with outdoor space, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, skylights, and a chef’s kitchen. Listed for just under $12M last April, reduced to $10.5M before selling. Seller represented by an LLC at 210 Pacific St., in a lawsuit against a condo developer. Compass agents Barbara Wilding, Jillian Woods, and Lucy Bekheet handled the sale.
