Lazer and Esther Herman secured an $18 million construction loan from Popular Bank for an 18-unit residential project at 211 Nostrand Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The project will have 15,330 square feet of residential space. The loan amounts to $1,081 per buildable square foot. The Hermans purchased the property in August 2022 for $4 million. The building will utilize 16,372 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable area of 16,650 square feet.
