2134 Coyle Street

Slate Property Group purchased two properties at 2134 and 2114 Coyle Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, from Robert Fischman for $24.4 million. The properties, totaling 25,380 square feet of built space and 82,437 square feet of additional air rights, offer a buildable area of 107,997 square feet. Slate Property Group plans to develop a 175-unit, 92,643 square-foot building on the site. Berkoff Supply, previously located at these addresses, has moved to a new location.
