Ben Landa, CEO of Sentosa Care, has sold a 183-bed nursing home facility at 22-41 New Haven Avenue in Far Rockaway for $47.3 million, over $258,000 per bed. The buyers are Robert and Norman Rausman, who are also involved in other nursing homes. Landa purchased the facility in 2016 for just $3 million, partnering with Robert Bleier.
