A resale condo at 220 Central Park South led Manhattan’s luxury market last week. Unit 39A, a 3,100-square-foot apartment, was the priciest deal, asking $34.5 million. Originally purchased in 2019 for $22.8 million, it features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The building, developed by Vornado Realty Trust, has seen multiple high-value resales, including an $82 million deal earlier this year. The second most expensive contract was a $29 million multifamily building in Chelsea.
