The apartment, previously sold in 2021 for $33 million by hedge funder Igor Tulchinsky, features a 35-foot living room and access to building amenities like a saline pool and squash court. Another high-priced deal was a renovated $23 million Greenwich Village townhouse at 114 Waverly Place, listed by Bob and Cortney Novogratz. Overall, 34 contracts totaling $317 million were signed, averaging $9.3 million per property.
