CAVU Property Group secured a $41.1 million construction loan from Popular Bank for a development site at 2273 Nostrand Avenue, Flatlands, Brooklyn. The project, filed by Gabriel Chehebar, involves a 67-unit, 89,149 square-foot residential building. CAVU purchased the property for $12.8 million in May 2023. The parcel, zoned R6, covers 22,624 square feet.
