Rupert Murdoch has found a buyer for his One Madison penthouse at 23 East 22nd Street, with a final asking price of $29 million, down from the $43 million he paid in 2014. The 7,000-square-foot triplex, which has been on and off the market since March 2022, originally listed for $62 million. The penthouse includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a 600-square-foot terrace, and panoramic views of the Hudson and East rivers. Amenities at the Flatiron building include a doorman, concierge, fitness center, and pool. Compass’ Kyle Blackmon handled the listing.
