Initially listed for 62 m two years ago, the property underwent several price reductions, including a final asking price of 28.5 m.
The penthouse features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a double-height corner great room, and a 600 sq. ft. terrace with river views. Murdoch previously sold an adjacent unit in 2022 for 12.5 m. Compass’ Kyle Blackmon handled the listing.
