David Werner Real Estate Investments acquired the fee interest under the former Pfizer office building at 235 East 42nd Street in Grand Central, Manhattan, from the Kayden family for 140 m. The property, spanning 672,462 square feet, is set for conversion into approximately 910 residential units in partnership with Metro Loft Management. Werner secured a 135 m acquisition loan from Northwind Group. The deal consolidates Werner’s ownership, with Metro Loft managing the leasehold interest.
