Clipper Equity, led by David Bistricer, secures a $140 million construction loan for its seven-story, 354-unit multifamily project at 2366 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush. Slate Property Group’s debt financing division, Scale Lending, provided the financing, with Landstone Capital Group’s Leah Paskus arranging the deal. The project, part of a larger redevelopment of the former Sears catalog printing facility, will include ground-floor retail, 236 parking spaces, and various amenities. Construction began before the loan closed, aiming to meet the 421a tax abatement deadline by the third quarter of 2025.
