Trinity Place Holdings sold a 105-unit rent-regulated building at 237 11th Street in Gowanus for 68.5 m to Shel Capital and Bluestone Investments, taking a 12.7 m loss from its 2018 purchase price of 81.2 m. The 12-story property includes retail space, amenities, and rents ranging from $2,628 to $6,498. The buyers secured a 44.5 m Freddie Mac loan from JLL Multifamily. Trinity previously refinanced with a 60 m loan from Natixis in 2021.
