Zinoviy and Aleksandr Zaltsman of PSZ5, LLC submitted plans for a 36-unit, 46,356-square-foot residential building at 240 19th Street, Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn. The six-story project will include retail on the ground floor, with apartments on the upper floors. The existing mixed-use property has 23,400 square feet of built space and 7,242 square feet of additional air rights. The Zaltsmans acquired the property for $11.4 million in February 2024. The project includes recreational space and private roof terraces.
