Timber Equities secured a $26.5 million construction loan from Webster Bank for their project at 2460 Frederick Douglass Boulevard in Harlem, Manhattan. The property was purchased by Timber Equities for $2.4 million from Shaul Kopelowitz on November 18, 2022. Joseph Seidenfeld, a principal with Timber Equities, signed for the company. The project involves constructing a 52-unit, eight-story building on the site.
