Yitzchok Katz of Goose Property Management filed plans for a 99-unit, 97,780-square-foot residential building at 264 Bergen Street in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The 11-story project will have residential units across all floors, with amenities including recreational space, parking for 27 cars, and 150 bicycle spaces. Hamish Whitefield Architects P.C. is designing the building. Goose Property Management acquired the property as part of a $39.7 million purchase from Dillon Realty Interests, with a $99.8 million loan from H.I.G. Capital.
