Aby Rosen’s RFR Holding is selling 281 Park Avenue South in Gramercy Park. Previously listed in 2022 for $135 million, the 45,000-square-foot landmark property once nearly became home to Anna Delvey’s scam club. RFR bought it for $50 million in 2014 and leased it to Fotografiska in 2017. However, Fotografiska and its associated venues, Verōnika and Chapel Bar, are leaving, with the museum relocating by September. RFR is open to either selling or leasing the building, which has historical significance as a former church built in 1894.
