293 Lafayette Street

A penthouse at Kushner Companies’ Puck Building sold for $32.5 million in an off-market deal. The 293 Lafayette Street apartment, bought by Blueberry Fields Trust, traded at $5,500 per square foot. The seller, HNZ Group, purchased it in 2014 for $28 million. Penthouse IV, one of six condos in the historic Nolita building, spans nearly 6,000 square feet with an additional 2,000 square feet of outdoor space. Despite being listed at $35 million multiple times, it finally sold after eight years. The building also houses office spaces and retail, including REI’s flagship store.
