Fortis Property Group’s Olympia Dumbo achieved its first resale at a record-breaking $3,300 per square foot in Brooklyn. A four-bedroom, 3,000-square-foot Unit 27A at 30 Front Street is in contract for nearly $10 million. Previously purchased for $8 million in 2023, the unit features a 400-square-foot terrace with East River and Statue of Liberty views. Compass’ Alexandra Hedaya represented the buyer, negotiating with a tenant to facilitate the all-cash off-market deal. Olympia Dumbo has faced slow sales, with only half of its 76 units sold since 2021. Notable buyers include Brooklyn Nets player Ben Simmons.
