Extell Development, led by David Rothstein, filed plans for two residential projects in Manhattan’s Lincoln Square. The first involves constructing a 50-unit, nine-story building at 30 West 67th Street, replacing a 14-story office building. The second project seeks to convert a seven-story commercial building at 7 West 66th Street into a 31-unit residential property. Both projects aim to include affordable housing. Extell acquired the properties as part of a $931m purchase from Silverstein Properties in 2022, financed by an $850m loan from Guggenheim Partners.
