Jason Kimmel’s Extended Management plans to develop two mixed-use residential buildings on adjacent lots at 30 and 32 Thompson Street in Soho, acquired for a combined $22 million. The project, enabled by Soho/Noho rezoning, includes a 26-story, 77-unit building and a 23-story, 21-unit building, totaling 259,000 square feet. Both buildings will include retail spaces and comply with Mandatory Inclusionary Housing requirements. Kimmel also filed plans for a nine-story, eight-unit building nearby at 285 Hudson Street. Extended refinanced the Thompson assemblage with a $15 million loan from Oceanside Bank in 2022.
