Sam Rubin secured a $51 million construction loan from Popular Bank for a project at 1351 Jerome Avenue in Mt Eden, Bronx. The loan will fund the development of a 131-unit residential building, with plans submitted by Riegler Group. The property, acquired by Rubin for $20.5 million in March 2023, has a total lot size of 18,185 square feet and is zoned for residential use with inclusionary housing.
