Nathan Silverman and Shia Mendel secured an $11.5 million renovation loan from Levon Capital for a homeless shelter at 3240 Grace Avenue in Baychester, Bronx. The 30,030-square-foot industrial building is set to be converted into a 200-bed shelter, with nonprofit H.O.G.A.R. negotiating to operate the facility.
