Herman Kaufman refinanced a 38-unit rental building at 3308 Glenwood Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, with a $14.6 million loan from Webster Bank. The deal replaced a $12 million loan from BridgeCity Capital. Kaufman acquired the property for $1.5 million in December 2021. A new building project for a 38-unit, 25,587-square-foot residential building is under construction, permitted as of August 2022.
