Urban Capital Group and Prosper Property Group acquired 34 Walker Street in Tribeca, adding to their purchase of 32 Walker last year, for a seven-story luxury condo project with five full-floor loft units and ground-floor retail. The 30,000-square-foot development, backed by a $32 million loan from Kriss Capital, will preserve the cast-iron facade at 34 Walker while demolishing the two-story building at 32 Walker. Condos, ranging from 3,500 square feet with 12- to 16-foot ceilings, include a duplex penthouse. Serhant New Development will handle sales and marketing, with construction expected to finish in 2026.
