Katan Realty Group, Kohan Retail Investment Group, and Ilya Mikhailov acquired 345 Seventh Avenue in Midtown Manhattan for $85 million. The 25-story office building, with 190,000 square feet of space, was purchased for $447 per square foot. The property was previously acquired by Josh Rahmani, Ebi Khalili’s Empire Capital, and Igal Namdar in 2021 for $107 million, but a foreclosure issue arose in 2024. The new owners plan to explore a residential conversion, despite previous zoning challenges.
