VAJA Group secured a 70 m construction loan from Be Aviv for a 152-unit, 102,994-square-foot residential development at 35-10 12th Street in Astoria, Queens. The project, designed by Shmuel Wieder, received permits in May 2022. VAJA acquired the site in January 2024 for 17.6 m. The transaction was signed by Moses Freund for VAJA and Ben Harlev for Be Aviv.
