Arian Liton has filed plans for a 10-story, 81,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 36 Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven, which will feature retail and community spaces. Demolition permits for the existing structure have been filed. Meanwhile, Albanese Organization secured a 99-year ground lease for a 43,000-square-foot site from the New York Botanical Garden in Fordham for $15.2 million. The site, with 105,000 square feet of residential rights, is slated for affordable housing development.
