A limited liability company purchased 370 and 372 Further Lane in East Hampton for $70 million, setting a high mark for the 2025 Hamptons season. The 7-acre compound, initially listed for $89 million, includes a 10,000-square-foot oceanfront main house and a 3,300-square-foot inland guest house. Sotheby’s Frank Newbold represented the seller, while Douglas Elliman’s Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen brought the buyer. The deal eclipses the year’s previous top Hamptons sale of $40 million and follows last year’s record $79 million auction of La Dune in Southampton.
